In this video, I am learning about how Splines work when you are trying to create recesses in each mesh. This 3d artist is creating recesses by selecting planes and dragging them inwards in edge subobject mode. This part of modelling a car probably should be a tedious part in the process if your trying to carefully select planes and create recesses. the reference image is key for finding those recesses in a mesh.
